I swear I have still been working out!

 So I haven't posted in a very long time, but that was not because of a lack of lifting/running/plyometrics/etc. I was simply very busy, then more busy, then busier still. I played a season of Semi-Pro football (8-2 and first place in the league my first year!), ran a Tough Mudder (Third place finish!), got back into track (and completed my dream to run every event between High School and NCAA Men's track, as well as did shot put), and graduated on the Dean's List with a double Major. Busy.
So, back to Business.
Monday, June 16th
I have literally taken a page from Men's Health, and am combining and altering some of their workouts.
Dumbbell Single Arm Clean and Press: 5 reps, 45lbs
Burpee to Broad Jump: 10 reps
Pull Ups (NOT chin ups!): max reps
I went through each workout, walking to the next station, and did the whole circuit three times. After a five minute rest...
Front Squat: 185lbs 5 reps x 3 sets w/ 2 minute break.
I also biked 6 miles on this lovely day.

Tuesday
A strange circuit... I didn't like it, so I won't write it down.

Well, hopefully I'm back!
