Swimming Sinks (sic)

I tried swimming as a work out for the first time since 2012. I sank wonderfully. my breathing felt acrid within a mere 4 laps. The chlorine burned, and so did my muscles. My body did not want to keep going. I was cramping, even. I hated it. I should swim again tomorrow.
Also, I went on a nice long run last week (okay, 5 miles; not a true long run anymore, but still). It was the first time I had run with a running app. My first mile was at a 7:10 pace, and then I ran a 6:20 before leveling out at 6:38 by the end of the 35 minute run (which was actually about 5.3 miles). It was a good run.
I also need to keep lifting more. Ugh! I'll do that tonight.
